Now serving as Executive Director of Perioperative Services, Courtney oversees complex surgical operations across multiple facilities with a focus on efficiency, safety, and team engagement. Her unique background gives her a dynamic approach to leadership—balancing strategic thinking with a coach’s instinct for motivation and teamwork. Whether she’s managing OR capacity or mentoring the next generation of perioperative leaders, Courtney leads with purpose, humor, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Courtney resides in Hoschton, Georgia, with her wife Jerri, daughter Avery, and their three doodles, who add plenty of joy, personality, and tail wags to their everyday life.
