I am a healthcare leader with over 25 years of clinical and operational experience, specializing in perioperative and surgical services leadership. My career has been defined by leading high-acuity, multidisciplinary teams, driving operational efficiency, and overseeing multimillion-dollar initiatives in both academic and community hospital settings.
Currently serving as Chief Perioperative Officer at University Health – Truman Medical Center (Level 1 Trauma Center) and Lakewood Medical Center. As the Chief Perioperative Officer I provide strategic and clinical leadership to over 300 FTEs across the operating rooms, PACU, Pre-op, Instrument Processing, GI, surgical clinics, dermatology, and pain management. I have successfully led departmental redesigns, built out new departments and service lines, and improved OR efficiency.
