Laurie T Roderiques, RN, BSN, CNOR, CRNFA(e), CASC, CAIP, LNC is the Director of Clinical Services for Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies, a national regulatory compliance company, an infection prevention consultant and educator.
While having been a RN for over 44 years, Laurie has been in the ASC industry for over 28 of them with the last 25 in a leadership and administrative role, running both large and small multi-specialty ASCs, including GI and Ophthalmology. She was instrumental in creating the original study guide for the first ever CAIP exam and can be found speaking at the state and national level on topics concerning infection control and ASC leadership.
Laurie served on the executive board as secretary for the New Hampshire State ASC Association (NHASC) from 2010-2016 as well as being a member of the ASCA education committee from 2009-2023. More recently she participated as a member of the AORN Infection Prevention Task Force for 2024-2025, has been a deemed-status surveyor for AAAHC for the past 20 years and currently is one of three leaders of the newly created AORN Infection Prevention Specialty Assembly.
