Kelly is a seasoned perioperative nurse leader with more than 40 years of
experience spanning high-acuity hospital operating rooms and leadership in
ambulatory surgery centers.
She has held key roles, including Administrator, Director of Nursing, Director of
Operations, and, most recently, Executive Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers
with Cedars-Sinai ASCs.
Kelly is nationally recognized for her expertise in clinical excellence, patient
safety, regulatory readiness, and building high-performing surgical teams. She has
led enterprise-wide perioperative education initiatives across hundreds of ASCs,
advancing workforce development and standardizing best practices.
An AAAHC surveyor and national speaker, Kelly is known for her practical, valuesdriven
approach to leadership, focusing on operational reliability, strong
governance, and the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
