Stephanie Battiste, BSN, RN, CNOR is an experienced perioperative nurse, with over 15 years of experience across all service lines, with a passion for pediatric CVOR. Stephanie is an active AORN member, regularly attending and presenting at AORN Global Surgical Conference and Expo as well as serving on the Silicon Valley, CA Board of Directors. Stephanie is currently the Chapter President of AORN Silicon Valley, CA and a candidate this year on the 2026 ballot for AORN National Board of Directors. Stephanie is dedicated to elevating perioperative practice and safety through evidence based practice quality improvement implementation, nursing professional development, team building, and interprofessional education. Stephanie is currently working as a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner and Interventional Platform Education Manager at Stanford Healthcare in Palo Alto, CA.
