With over 20 years of nursing experience, Allison has dedicated 17 years to the operating room, serving in key leadership roles that have shaped surgical education and patient care. As a Specialty Team Coordinator, Allison led OR teams with precision and expertise, ensuring excellence in surgical procedures. For the past five years, Allison has served as the Operating Room Educator at a Level 2 Trauma Center, where she has been instrumental in training the next generation of surgical nurses and advancing best practices in perioperative care.
