Ashley Drane, BSN, CNOR is a Medical Science Liaison on the Medical Affairs team for the Global Surgical Solutions division at Baxter. She has been an RN for over 14 years with her most recent clinical experience being perioperative nursing at a Level I trauma center. While working as a perioperative nurse, she was an active member of Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Committee, and she has been able to utilize this experience as well as her clinical expertise in her role at Baxter. She continues to have a passion for patient and staff safety in the operating room and values being able to educate surgical department personnel on the most up to date evidence-based practices.
