John Zender MSN, RN, BS, CNOR has been a nurse since 1999 and working in healthcare since 1989. John is a current member of AORN chapter 2401 and has been a member since 2006. John works as a nurse circulator for the past 26 years and continues to do so. John obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biology and Education in 1994, his nursing degree in 1999 and Master's degree in nursing leadership in 2018. He is married with 2 adult children. John is also a retired Firefighter with 20 years of service. John was also part of the team that passed surgical smoke legislation in Minneaota.
