Breanne Kennedy is an accomplished perioperative nursing leader with over 17 years of clinical and administrative experience, currently serving as the Director of Perioperative Services at Houston Methodist Willowbrook – Main OR. Since assuming this role in September 2024, Breanne has led transformative initiatives that enhance surgical efficiency, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
With a Master of Science in Nursing – Leadership from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing, Breanne brings a strong foundation in evidence-based leadership and systems thinking. Her strategic focus includes driving cost-effective operations, optimizing perioperative workflows, and aligning departmental goals with broader institutional priorities.
