Dr. Asheley L. Johnson is a dynamic healthcare executive and nurse leader with over a decade of progressive leadership experience across public, private, and academic medical institutions. Dr. Johnson brings a strategic and operational lens to healthcare transformation, specializing in perioperative services, digestive health, and bariatric program development.
Dr. Johnson is a recognized advocate for clinical excellence, cost containment, and workforce development. She has led major capital projects, procedural expansion, robotic surgery integration, and has implemented innovative strategies that have significantly improved operational outcomes.
Throughout her career, she has led large, high‑acuity surgical platforms, strengthened quality and regulatory outcomes, and built sustainable staffing and workflow models that support growth and performance. She excels at aligning organizational strategy with frontline execution—bringing together physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary partners to accelerate improvement and deliver measurable results.
