Maria Capwell is an experienced RN with over 12 years of nursing experience. Maria is a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in perioperative and surgical care. She brings extensive expertise across multiple specialties, including robotics, gastrointestinal (GI), ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology.
Maria currently works at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Dickson City, PA where she is known for her clinical precision, team collaboration, and patient-centered approach. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Maria also serves as the vice chair of the unit-based robotics committee, playing an active role in progressive clinical improvement and innovation in the clinical setting. Maria is also a proud member of Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN).
