Molly Beckstrom, MA, CEAP, LPCC is the lead clinician with the MHealth Fairview Employee Assistance Program and Provider Resilience Program. She provides short-term, solution focused counseling for employees, focusing on the physicians, advanced practice providers and family members. In addition, she supports the Peer to Peer support services and is able to provide Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
