Dr. Marks is a newly credentialed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida’s Nurse Anesthesiology Program in May of 2025. During training, he led the design, implementation, and evaluation of a structured Preceptor Training Program aimed at strengthening clinical teaching competencies among CRNA mentors.
