Dianne Caduhada is a seasoned nursing professional with experience dedicated to advancing patient care and clinical excellence. She began her nursing career in home care and group home settings, where she developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy and community-based care. In 2016, she transitioned into perioperative nursing through the Periop 101 program, which sparked her passion for the operating room. As a circulator, she gained extensive experience supporting complex surgical procedures and multidisciplinary teams.
In 2018, Dianne embraced a leadership role at New York-Presbyterian Queens, where she quickly distinguished herself through her strategic thinking, team-building skills, and commitment to operational excellence. Her leadership journey continued with her promotion to Patient Care Director, where she now oversees clinical operations, supports staff development, and drives quality improvement initiatives.
Dianne holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics, a field that complements her Master of Business Administration, enabling her to bridge clinical practice with data-driven decision-making. In 2022, her dedication and impact were recognized when she was nominated for the Nurse Leadership Excellence Award.
