Marissa began her nursing career at MSKCC in 2006 in the Main OR. Marissa advanced up the NCARE promotional ladder and obtained her CNIII and became Team Leader of GYN in 2014. Marissa’s transition to JRSC and her involvement in the opening of the facility highlight her versatility and leadership skills. She became a CNIV and Charge Nurse at JRSC. In 2024, Marissa became Nurse Leader of the Main OR. Marissa earned a BSN from William Paterson University followed by a MSN from Chamberlain University. Marissa maintains her certification in Perioperative Nursing.
