Susan serves as the Clinical Nursing Director of Patieint Progression and Patient Guest Services at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Penn Medicine's Level I Trauma Center in Philadelphia. In her role she oversees operations of the Bed planning, Nursing Supervisors, Staffing resouces and the Pateint Guest Relation office.
Susan is an accomplished nursing leader with over 25 years experience dedicated to advancing patient care, streamlining healthcare operations, and leading high perforforming clinical teams. As a Registered Nurse with strong foundation in operations management and patient advocacy, Susan has a proven track record of reducing inefficinecis, improving throughput, and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
