Darren has been working in the Healthcare IT workspace for over 22 years. His experience has spanned numerous full electronic medical record installations, including McKesson, Cerner and Epic. He how manages the inpatient clinical applications for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia. Darren has a Master's Degree in Psychology and prior to working in Healthcare IT, he worked as Psychiatric Assessment Specialist doing Emergency Department evaluations and crisis stabilization. In addition to his full time career, Darren has been self employed at various times in his life as a Business and Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Wedding Photographer. He still enjoys fitness in the form of running, biking and weightlifting as well as taking photos during his travels.
