As a perioperative nursing professional with 22 years of clinical and leadership experience, including roles as circulating nurse, scrub nurse, and manager. For the past15 years, I have taught perioperative nursing at both Keiser Career College and Baptist Health South Florida, shaping the development of new nurses entering the field. I further advanced professional education during my five-year tenure with AORN as Senior Clinical Program Manager, where I developed continuing education programs for perioperative professionals and allied health providers.
Currently, I serve as adjunct faculty for the surgical technology program at Southeastern College.
