Anthony Esposito, MSN, RN is the Nursing Director of Surgical Services at Virtua Mount Holly Hospital, where he oversees Pre-operative Services, PACU, Pre-Admission Testing, and the Endoscopy Unit. Since assuming this role in August 2024, he has led operational and clinical initiatives focused on patient flow, workforce optimization, and quality outcomes, including the development of a Surgical Services Float Team supporting both inpatient and ambulatory sites and a comprehensive redesign of the Pre-Admission Testing process to reduce surgical cancellations. With a background spanning Emergency Nursing, Nursing Informatics, and perioperative leadership, Anthony previously implemented a DaVinci Xi robotic surgery program and has held progressive leadership roles within Surgical Services. A servant leader at heart, he is deeply committed to empowering frontline staff, removing barriers to care, and fostering environments where teams and patients, can thrive.
