Hollie has been a dedicated member of the Perioperative Team at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital since 2013. She discovered her passion for operating room nursing early in her career and was proud to serve her hometown community as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). In 2023, she dove headfirst into a Professional Development role, supporting the Perioperative department. Hollie is deeply committed to mentoring new staff and fostering a supportive, high-performing OR environment. Her mission is to help OR teams deliver exceptional care to the community they call home.
