Megan Nolan, MBA, MSN, RN, CNOR, NEA-BC, is a strategic and collaborative nurse executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in perioperative and procedural services across academic and community health systems. As Senior Director of Nursing and Patient Care Operations at Boston Children’s Hospital, she leads the Main Operating Room and a multidisciplinary team of more than 130 staff, focusing on operational performance, team engagement, and aligning clinical care with institutional priorities. Megan has spearheaded initiatives to improve surgical throughput, workforce development, patient safety, and financial outcomes, drawing on her expertise in Lean methodology, regulatory readiness, and culture transformation.
