Currently workiing at JHH opereting room unit Trauma transplant Service. Been at JHH for 22 years and I am part of the leadership team of my unit. one of my responsibility is ensure a smooth workflow and hospital policies are followed. Staff training and competencies are very crucial in achieving our unit goal and we see to it that there is an organized and well coordinated orientation program amo g our orientee.
