Jill Nora DNP, RN, NE-BC. I have been a nurse for 33 years with 31 of that in the operating room. Currently the director of surgical services at OSF Healthcare Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Il. This is the largest facility, level 1 academic center in a 16-hospital organization. I love the business side of surgery and I am passionate about OR efficiencies, block time management, and participating in projects related to improving OR access for our patients.
