Lauren, MSN, is the Executive Director of Surgical Services with a career that reflects both clinical depth and leadership growth—rising from circulator to coordinator, ANM to manager, and now director to Executive Director. With a strong foundation in perioperative nursing, she leads with hands-on insight and a strategic vision for continuous improvement.
Among her many contributions, Lauren launched her facility’s first cranial surgery program and established a formal endoscopy governance. She is currently assisting the SRC and her team to build and achieve the first in the world Center of Excellence in Robot Assisted Bronchoscopy. She also plays an active role in the divisional OR council, helping shape surgical excellence across the region.
Outside the OR, Lauren unwinds with her golden retriever, Kenlie, who provides the perfect balance to her high-energy professional life and brings as much joy and loyalty as the team she leads.
