Linda Fellows is a dedicated and experienced Operating Room (OR) nurse who prioritizes staff and patient safety while maintaining high standards of efficiency. As the Service Line Coordinator for multiple surgical specialties, she plays a critical role in ensuring safe, consistent, and comprehensive training for both new and experienced OR staff.
With clinical expertise in both circulating and scrubbing roles, Linda works closely with her team and surgical providers to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Her leadership spans six specialties within the Robotics service line: Urology, General Surgery, Bariatric, Gynecology (GYN), Gynecologic Oncology (GYN-Onc), and Colorectal Surgery. Beyond Robotics, she also oversees endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures in Urology, Bariatrics, Colorectal, and Oncology services.
Linda earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northern Virginia Community College in the summer of 2015 and completed a rigorous six-month OR Fellowship in March 2016. Just over a year later, she stepped into a leadership role as Service Line Coordinator for Robotic and Urology services in May 2017. Demonstrating a strong commitment to continued professional growth, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University in December 2022. In late 2023, she expanded her responsibilities to include oversight of Bariatrics, Colorectal, and Oncology services.
