Dr. Kooiker is a full-time nursing faculty member at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she teaches evidence-based practice and senior capstone courses and coordinates the perioperative immersion program for BSN students. In parallel, she works as a Global Medical Affairs consultant, supporting medical device innovation across design, risk management, and post-market lifecycle safety.
