I’m a Head Nurse in the operating room from Shanghai, China. With 18 years of dedicated experience in operating room management and nursing education, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing high - risk surgical procedures, leading a team of professional nurses, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and operational efficiency in the OR.
In my role as the head nurse, I focus on optimizing workflow, implementing evidence - based practices, and promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the operating room. I’m also passionate about nursing education. I’ve designed and delivered a series of training programs for novice nurses, aiming to enhance their clinical skills and critical thinking abilities, which have significantly improved the overall quality of our nursing care.
