Bethany Turck, MSN, RN, CNOR began her nursing career in 2017 as a nurse resident in the operating room at UW Health East Madison Hospital. Driven by a commitment to advanced practice and continuous learning, she pursued and completed her master’s degree, which enabled her to take on the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at UW Health University Hospital in 2022. She remains dedicated to advancing evidence-based practice and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and professional development throughout the organization.
