My name is Carol R. Ritchie RN, MSN, CNOR. I currently work for Mayo Clinic, Phoenix. I currently serve as a dedicated, committed, nursing leader and educator with 40 years of hospital experience including 30 years of perioperative OR experience. I am currently working as Nursing Education Specialist serving the Cath and EP Labs, which includes on-boarding, on-going education, quality efforts, and clinical support. My professional standards for practice include continually seeking opportunities in which to impact patient outcomes by improving nursing performance, implementing evidence based nursing practice, providing excellent customer service, and fostering teamwork. I value serving patients and staff members with care and compassion, developing professional relationships based upon mutual respect, and demonstrating leadership based upon integrity.
