Jeanne Delaney is the Assistant Nurse Manager and Service Line Coordinator for Transplant Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center's Downtown Campus (UMMC). With 15 years of dedicated service at UMMC, Jeanne brings a wealth of clinical expertise and administrative leadership to one of the most complex surgical specialties. Jeanne holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science from the University of Maryland. Her professional interests include patient safety, interprofessional collaboration, and quality and process improvement, areas in which she actively contributes through daily clinical practice and operational oversight.
