40 years of Nursing Experience, of which 38 are Perioperative and 8 years Forensic Nursing. Currently Education Coordinator at UMMC overseeing new employee orientation in nursing and support roles, continuing Educaton for those roles in the Perioperative and Procedural Areas. Oversees clinical cases/support/education for High School students in Surg Technologist Vocational Track. Directs in house Surg Tech Apprenticeship Program. Adjunct instructor with PCT Program. Practice areas include academic and ambulatory settings. Has held roles in management and staff in all phases of care.
