Rose Jang, MSN, MPH, RN, CNOR is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Leadership student at Penn State University. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Penn State and a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Rose currently serves as an Operating Room Nurse Manager at the University of Maryland Medical Center and a Navy Reserve Nurse Corps officer as a Trauma OR RN. She has extensive experience in perioperative nursing, quality improvement, and nursing leadership. Her work focuses on surgical patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice implementation. She has poster-presented her work at national conferences, including the AORN Global Surgical Conference and Sigma Theta Tau International Society of Nursing.
