Joseph Hrebin is a highly experienced RN with over 35 years of nursing experience. Joseph is currently working as a Registered Nurse First Assist at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Dickson City, Pennsylvania since its opening three years ago. He has extensive expertise in perioperative and surgical care in multiple specialties including but not limited to, robotic surgery, cardiothoracic, general surgery, bariatrics, gynecologic, and orthopedic surgery. He also serves as the Robotic Team Coordinator in the surgical services department.
Joseph is well-known for his clinical precision, team collaboration, and excellent patient care. He takes great pride in investing in the education of new team members and students gaining more exposure to the perioperative specialty. In addition to his leadership role in the robotic program, he also is an active member of the unit-based robotics committee. Joseph is a long-time member of the Association of perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN), further investing in future improvements within the perioperative nursing field.
When he’s not at work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, going fishing, watching the Eagles (Go Birds!), and taking trips to the beach.
