Michelle Johann has been a nurse for over 24 years, and her current position is a Clinical Practice Education Specialist at a comprehensive cancer center in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California. Her current certifications include Public Health Nurse, Wound Treatment Associate, and Certified PeriAnesthesia Nurse. She is passionate about improving patient care outcomes by delivering exemplary projects fortified in performance improvement, evidence-based practice (EBP) initiatives, and research. Recently, Michelle presented two posters at the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Congress and one at the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) and was a guest speaker at the ASPAN National Conference on Aromatherapy in 2023. She recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Purdue University Global in October 2023.
