Brandy has worked in the cardiac and vascular procedural area for over 15 years. Her tenure in the cath lab involves launching an EVN program, a structural heart program, and an inventory management system. Most recently, within the past two years, Brandy's role transitioned from direct patient care to leadership. This change has enabled her to focus on employee retention and engagement, while strategically promoting workflow efficiencies. She is passionate about professional development for her team members, having established opportunities for continuing education for both nurses and special procedure technologists.
