Heather Lancaster has over 13 years of perioperative experience and has held progressive leadership roles at UCLA Health including Charge Nurse, Service Line Manager for Ortho and Spine Surgery, and most recently, Clinical Nurse Manager of the Main Operating Room at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Heather earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and her Master's in Nursing Administration from New York University, Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Heather volunteers internationally with multiple charitable organizations specializing in multidisciplinary surgical mission trips.
