Dr. Xuan Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Health Services Research and a Principal Health Services Analyst in the Mayo Clinic's Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery. She is a health decision-making and communication researcher with deep expertise in behavioral theories, survey methods, and experimental design. Her work focuses on identifying psychological, behavioral, interpersonal, and socio-contextual factors that influence patient and clinician decision-making, and on developing interventions to support the adoption of evidence-based practices.
