Tage Runkle, M.A., PMP, is a Senior Project Manager in the Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery at Mayo Clinic. She managed “iPhone Use by Nurses in the Operating Room” project, coordinating surveys, analysis, and final reporting to improve OR communication and reduce workarounds. Results demonstrate sustained efficiency gains for nurses using iPhones, guiding leadership recommendations and next‑step dissemination. Tage has been with Mayo Clinic since 2010.
