Tirso Ballesteros is the Director of Peri-Operative Services at The Valley Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey, where he oversees 18 operating rooms as well as Same Day Surgery, PACU, and Central Processing. With over 20 years of perioperative experience, Tirso is passionate about operational efficiency, patient safety, and sustainability in the surgical setting.
He holds a Master of Science in Nursing Management and Leadership from Walden University. Tirso is a long-standing AORN member dedicated to advancing best practices in perioperative care.
