Clinical Practice Specialist
The Valley Hospital
Bonnie Weinberg is the Clinical Practice Specialist in the operating room at The Valley Hospital. She is involved in quality and safety initiatives on the unit, and is the educator, not only for the OR team, but for nurses and surgical techs that are new to perioperative nursing. Bonnie teaches Periop 101 through AORN, and has helped organize and develop varying educational materials for all areas of our platform. Bonnie is involved in PDCA's on the unit, including the first case start time initiative.
