Kyle Dodaro, MSN, RN, CNOR, is a nurse supervisor in the operating room at Mayo Clinic and an instructor of nursing with the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine. He also serves as nursing adjunct clinical faculty at Scottsdale Community College. With a Master’s in Nurse Executive, Kyle focuses on evidence-based practice, inclusive care, and clinical education. He is advisor to the Unit-Based Council and serves on the Mayo Clinic Community Engagement Committee. Kyle is a strong advocate for Shared Governance, empowering nurses to lead change and advance professional practice.
