I am a Nurse Educator for Surgical Services at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, Massachusetts. In my role, I am dedicated to advancing perioperative nursing practice by providing education, professional development, and clinical support to our surgical staff. My goal is to ensure that every member of our team delivers safe, skilled, and evidence-based care to our patients.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and hold certification as a Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), which reflects my commitment to excellence in perioperative nursing. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in surgical services and have focused my work on mentoring new nurses, developing comprehensive orientation programs, and implementing continuing education initiatives that promote professional growth and competency.
I am passionate about lifelong learning and empowering others to reach their full potential. By fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and clinical excellence, I strive to contribute to AORN's ongoing mission of providing the highest quality of patient care.
