I am the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Surgical Services at Winchester Hospital with over 20 years of perioperative experience. My work focuses on operational excellence, evidence-based practice, and building strong, engaged surgical teams. I’ve led major improvements in OR optimization, Hybrid OR development, endoscopy growth, and recovery-space redesign. I’m passionate about staff development, certification, and creating sustainable models that improve quality and patient care.
