Hailey Lee, BSN, RN, CNOR, is a staff nurse in the operating room at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. She began her nursing journey on a medical-surgical unit, where her curiosity about what happened behind OR doors inspired her to pursue perioperative nursing. After completing the Periop 101 program, she found her passion in the OR and has been dedicated to safe, patient-centered surgical care ever since. Hailey has participated in team efforts to align practices with clinical guidelines and led a staff education initiative on the Universal Protocol. She’s excited to share her work and continue learning and growing in the field she loves.
