Meganne Janssen graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. She completed a nursing degree and later advanced her education with a master's degree in nursing leadership as well a master's degree in healthcare administration. She is a currently a Registered Nurse Clinical Educator and Surgical Circulating Nurse in a multi-specialty surgical unit. She has over 25 years of experience in multiple specialties including Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, Research, Interventional Radiology, and Non-vascular Radiology. With several years of nursing management experience as well as a previous role as the Director of Mayo Clinic Experience, she has developed a passion for patient and staff experience as well as patient safety.
