Nursing Professional Development Practitioner

I have been a perioperative nurse for 10 years and have had the opportunity to serve as a charge nurse, nurse manager, clinical educator, and, most recently, a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner. As a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, I focus on developing new graduate training programs, establishing competencies and processes for two surgical sites, as well as developing initiatives that advance our systems nursing practice.
