Dr. Medford is a newly credentialed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida’s Nurse Anesthesiology Program. During doctoral training, she led the design, implementation and evaluation of a structured Preceptor Training Program aimed at strengthening clinical teaching competencies among CRNA mentors.
