Dr. Kelley is a newly credentialed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida’s Nurse Anesthesiology Program. During training, she led the design and evaluation of a structured Preceptor Training Program aimed at strengthening clinical teaching competencies among CRNA mentors.
