Kelsey is a Resident Registered Nurse Anesthetist currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Florida’s Nurse Anesthesiology Program. She is leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of a DNP project titled "Enhancing Communication in Local Anesthetic Handoffs: Implementation of an SBAR-Based Handoff Form" in collaboration with two fellow RRNA colleagues.
