I have worked in the OR for over 27 years in the operating room as circulator, scrub nurse, manager and nurse professional development practitioner. I currently serve as the co-chair of our system's Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Council. My work as a Nurse Scientist involves staff development, quality improvement projects, research and serving on many committees and councils in our hospital system.
